Rune Seeker Review
In the Age of Origin, before space and time, there was only the Primordial Serpent. It spiraled into a singularity, then exploded, birthing the Ancient gods - Terra, Aqua, Ignis, and Aer - shaping the world. Yet, the elusive god Aether lingered in the void. Together, they began the Era of Creation, crafting life and the races of Halvarheim. Eldur, bearer of primordial flame; Marna, giver of endless life; Bifindyr, master of soul winds; and Halvarheim, advocate of rest, defined the world. But conflicts arose when they prioritized their creations' "privileges." Dragons, Giants, and Monsters, endowed with all, waged chaos. To restore balance, new races - Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Beasts - arose.
The Ancient Gods sought to grant "The Last Favor" but were thwarted by Nul, causing a cataclysmic war. The Ancient Gods sacrificed themselves to seal Nul, leaving behind The Mighty Cemetery. Nul's destruction of the Ancient Tablet led to primordial runestones, "The Fallen Runes," bearing power and peril. From The Mighty Cemetery, The Last Favor, "language," was bestowed upon the races. Thus, the Era of Creation ended, giving birth to a world of wonder and mystery.
Gameplay
Rune Seeker ventures into the realm of ownership innovation, introducing dynamic gameplay elements like terrain and runes that yield a vast array of strategic possibilities. At the match's onset, each commander deploys three Units on any tile, anticipating the random map generation. Units are subsequently boosted or debuffed based on their elemental surroundings, aligning with the principles of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. The average match spans six minutes and encompasses 3-4 rounds, each comprising Command and Action phases. Commanders strategically position their champions before the remaining tiles evolve into terrain. In the Command Phase, runes are wielded to direct units and manipulate terrain.
The Action Phase witnesses the execution of assigned actions encompassing attack, defense, transformation, fusion, or summon. Victory entails the annihilation of all enemy units or rune depletion, leading to automatic unit actions. Beyond three rounds, the Astronomical Tower triggers "Land of Chaos," bolstering unit power to hasten the match's conclusion. Mastery of Rune Seeker's intricacies is essential for triumph. The Battle Arena hosts real-time PvP combat, yielding rewards and ranking points for victors, while PvE adventures unfold in dungeons, unraveling the game's lore. Special Campaigns unite players against Legendary Bosses, and side quests offer diversions along commanders' journeys.
Tokenomics
Here are three essential aspects to grasp about our non-inflationary tokenomics: Firstly, our Free-to-Play model does not reward players with tokens, preventing $RUNES saturation as new players join. Secondly, there is no token generation during vesting; 45% of the total $RUNES supply will gradually circulate in the market over the initial 1.5 years, with 40% contributes by initial investors and 5% locks in a liquidity pool and CEX listing. Finally, our Seed Investors have access to a specialized staking program, fostering a balanced game theory model that offers additional benefits to long-term holders.
Community Response
- vegeetr: I think it is a decent game, but the characters are really atrocious.

Riot Racers is a new NFT game in the racing standards of the Polygon blockchain technology games. It is an idle racing game where players can start a new race by choosing the car and driver they can afford. Then, start the race which happens in the background without any active maneuvering of the cars. Working on the play to earn format, the players can earn RIOT tokens which are the game’s currency. This happens by participating in the races, investing in cars, or simply owning parts of the game as NFT property. So, coming first in the race gives you 50% of the prize pool; coming second wins you 30% and coming third wins you 20% of the prize pool. As the races are happening in the background, races are won or lost on the basis of three criteria, driver (20%), car (29%), and race strategy (51%). So, it means that in order to win races and earn RIOT tokens, players need to upgrade their cars and their racing standard by investing in them. Moreover, there is an additional option of hiring drivers for the races based on their skills. Higher the driving skill, the higher the cost. To participate in a race, players need to buy a car that is NFT on its own accord. Players need to hire a driver that meets that particular race’s minimum criteria of experience and level. Then the players need to fill their car tanks with gas and pay the entry fee to a race competition to participate.
